A Tale of How I Became an Iced Coffee Devotee
If you follow me on Snapchat you might be seeing this reoccurring iced coffee situation happening, so I thought I would officially share with you my new afternoon obsession. Now, let me preface this by telling you that, historically, I hate iced coffee. I realize hate is a strong word, but honestly, coffee is meant to be hot, extra hot in fact. And making it cold is just all kinds of wrong. Until recently when I ate my words….
A few weeks ago Ryan came home from the grocery store with a couple of bottles of cold-brew and I thought to myself, grosssssss. After that initial response, I decided to be a big girl and try a sip of his coffee and that’s when I completely and totally ate ALL my words. Every single one of them.
What was this glorious nectar?!?! And why in the world have I been drinking piping hot coffee in 100,000 degree Florida weather?!
Okay, so now that I’m an iced coffee fanatic it’s only fair to turn you into one as well! So here we go…

Vanilla/Coconut Iced Coffee Recipe:
Step 1: Cold Brew, we really like this one!
Step 2: Almond Milk, Cream, or Coconut. My personal fave is Almond Milk!
Step 3: Add just a dash of light Agave!
Step 4: Add just a dash of your favorite extract! I love coconut, but vanilla is really good as well!
Step 5: Stir and Serve!
If you try this recipe out you’ll have to let me know what you think! Happy sippin’ friends!
