Easy to Wear Dresses

I love an easy to wear dress, especially when traveling! I packed this dress to take with me to Sea Island last week not knowing exactly when I’d be wearing it. I thought it would be perfect with flats, sandals, knee high boots, or these wedges. And truthfully, I’d planned to wear it on to brunch on Friday, which I did… but I also ended up wearing it for cocktails and dinner on Saturday night. It’s just one of those dresses that works with sneakers and heels! Is there anything better?!!

The dress itself has a super flattering silhouette with a sinched in waist, functional buttons down the bust, pockets, and my favorite, sleeves with a ruffle. I don’t know about you, but I live for a mini dress with sleeves! I’m normally chilly in a restaurant so it’s a detail I always look for.

New GMG Collection

The latest launch from Gal Meets Glam is full of beautiful pre-Spring pieces like this one.

Below are a few of my favorites…

Spring Dresses/Jumpsuits I’m Loving:

Although, I’ve got to tell you, this particular night was EXTRA chilly! As we were heading out for drinks I ran back inside the hotel to grab my coat! It was in the upper 40’s with a breeze, but with the coat, I was just fine!

I’ve had this coat from Mango for well over a year now and it’s 100%, hands down, my most worn coat. I seriously LOVE Mango and always find the best things there…so if you are hesitant to try it out, you shouldn’t be! It’s better quality than Zara and H&M in my opinion. It’s the first place I look for items when I’m shopping.

Okay, now, be honest with me… how over are you of seeing me wear and talk about this headband?! Ha! I have it in EVERY COLOR and I really need them to make more of them. I am fairly particular about headbands, so you can trust me when I say this one doesn’t hurt at all. I just can’t say that for most of my headbands. It’s a dream.

If you are looking to try out a headband, start with these. You’ll LOVE. Promise.

Dress – I’m wearing a size 4 here, but could have easily done a 2. I’m fairly tall at 5’8.5″ so I’m always nervous about length! This one fits great, but it’s a bit big in the bust…. but then again, almost everything is on me, ha! But it’s soft, has pockets, functional buttons, flattering, and easy to wear… what else could you want?

Coat – Okay, this coat is amazing. Mine is a size small and I wear it over sweaters and everything. I can’t recommend this one enough.

Clutch – This clutch was gifted to me and oh my gosh I use it all the time. It’s the perfect “going out bag” without all the sparkle, you know?! It goes with everything and is extrrrraaa chic in my opinion.

Headband – Should I keep talking about this one?! Honestly I could wax poetically about this accessory for hours.

Espadrilles – I have these espadrilles and love them, they are so comfortable, but the color has kind of bugged me ever since I got them. I am extremely fair and I felt like the nude was just too dark for my skintone, so I ordered these and LOVE. Extremely comfortable, and I like the nude color a lot better!
