A Sweet Weekend
Ryan had surgery on Friday to remove his chemo port from his chest, praise the Lord! This is a surgery we’ve been looking forward to since last July. I’ll write a full cancer update soon (catch up on the latest here), it feels like SO much has happened since our last update a few months ago… but isn’t that how any cancer journey goes? It’s truly a daily rollercoaster and we look forward to this season one day being securely in our rearview window. But in the mean time, wow, we are thankful.
We spent Saturday recovering with movies and a marathon of Madam Secretary (I’m so addicted!). And on Sunday we loaded up the car and headed to our favorite place, Charleston. We are here for the better half of the week for work and of course to visit family. We love any chance we can get to sneak away to CHS!
5 Things I’m Loving
Rose Gold Mules
My obsession with these rose gold mules is aggressive. I probably look at them at least once a day, and now the instagram ads are attacking me and whittling me down. One day soon they will catch me at a weak moment and they’ll be mine, but until then… AREN’T THEY GORGEOUS?!?!
Fancy gets Fancier
When Carly and I were on Nantucket in June we popped into the Goop store and it was, as expected, drool worthy!! But my favorite thing in the store was by far the painted Cartier watches.
I think they are pretty and FUN! For a mere $3.7k, this one could be yours! ha!
