Finlay Donovan is Killing It by Elle Cosimano
Happy May!! I am so excited to share this month’s book with you. It is fun and funny and just a little bit of a different pick for us!
This month we are reading Finlay Donovan is Killing It. It is a such a unique book that manages to be both a mystery and a fun rom-com type of romp! I loved it so much and knew we had to read it together. I hope you love it as much as I do!
Finlay Donovan is a single mom whose ex-husband just fired her nanny and whose four year old just gave herself a haircut. So when the the frazzled writer meets her agent at Panera to discuss her latest book, she’s not looking to become a hit woman. But an eavesdropping wife hearing the plot of Finlay’s next novel thinks she may have found the answer to her problems. When Finlay unknowingly accepts the job she gets caught up in a real life murder investigation. And real-life crime is a little more complicated than the fictional variety.
