Tastes Like Summer!

For the past few weeks I’ve been working on my Frozen Piña Colada game and I think I have FINALLY mastered it! I’ve made and re-made it a few times and I’ve finally nailed both the texture and the taste… and just in time for the weekend!

I can’t wait to mix up a batch of these tomorrow afternoon.

Frozen Piña Colada Recipe (mocktail & cocktail)

makes one serving

1 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk

1 cup Frozen Pineapple

1/4 cup Coconut Cream

Squeeze of Lime (optional, I like the taste!)

2 tsp. of Maple Syrup (if you want sweeter!)

OPTIONAL : 1-2 oz of White Rum

Directions: Blend all ingredients together and top with flowers or fresh fruit!

*Note – Start with just a little bit of ice! Too much will make it less thick!

    Great recipe!! I am pregnant and was craving a virgin Pina Colada. Simple ingredients with a tasty result 🙂
