You’ll Love Them!
First off, I’m so excited because we made a video! It’s been literally FOREVER since we’ve done a tutorial video, and I am thrilled to be bringing them back in a huge way. We toyed around with what to do our first tutorial video about and ended up landing on my favorite gluten free, dairy free, and soy free granola bite recipe. I love this recipe because 1. it’s super easy, and 2. I make these just about every week. Also, they are GF, DF, and soy free, which means just about everyone can have these! Yay!
Easy Granola Bites Video Tutorial!
I make these on Sundays and keep them in the freezer. Since they don’t have gluten, dairy, or soy, they’ll fall apart if you keep them in the fridge. So, definitely don’t do that. These little bars are PACKED with protein and fiber and make the perfect pre-workout snack. Both Ryan and I each have one before we go to the gym in the morning!
