It’s finally here! This is Part 5 of the Backyard DIY series we started last Spring. Today we’re outlining how we laid the stepping stone and gravel path. This proved to be an easy, affordable way to transform our back yard. One year after, we’re still in love with this space!
Last Tuesday I posted about our trip to The Magnolia Company Farm, I shared a behind the scenes peek at the Christmas magic they create (see here) there during the holiday season. Today I’m so excited to share with you how we used a few pieces from The Magnolia Company to truly transform our home into a little Christmas dollhouse.
In Florida it’s tough to have the whole ‘Christmas tree farm experience’, where you get all bundled up, thermos some hot cider, and set out to find the perfect tree. Sometimes I feel like the Christmas spirit is way, way further North of Orlando… That is until we discovered The Magnolia Company.
Ryan and I share a home office and have for about a year and a half now. Honestly, we love it! We work all day, everyday in a 10×10 room with little to no complaints, which I know sounds crazy.
I was sold on our house the moment I laid eyes on the front door and porch! Red door? Check! Front Porch? Check! I knew before I walked inside that this had to be it.
I’m a desk girl…always have been and always will be. I try on occasion to work from a coffee shop or “on location” somewhere, but it never really ends up working for me. I get distracted and end up down a Pinterest rabbit hole, so for the most part, I work from my desk. Since it’s where I spend the majority of my time, I like to keep it looking…
