Best. Salad. Ever.
Last Tuesday I whipped up one of our favorite (and easiest!) week night dinners! I tend to go through recipes and re-use the same ones week after week until I find a new obsession, and then I move on. I had, sadly, totally forgotten about this yummy recipe until last week!
This salad is hands down my favorite salad of all time. It packed with so much good-for-you-stuff and not only that, but it’s also overflowing with flavor! If you aren’t a salad person, I pinky promise this will be your gateway leafy meal. It truly is THAT good.
(* I substitute bacon for turkey bacon, add in red onion and cheddar, and swap the greens for kale)
