I’m Ready to Get One!

WOW. Y’all are passionate about air fryers, like extreamly passionate… and I love it! Last week on instagram stories and on the Ashley Brooke Facebook Group I asked if you had a favorite air fryer and I got hundreds or responses. I so appreciate the commitment to the air fryer, and you guys have officially influenced me!

So I thought I’d round up the top recommended air fryers I received along with some feedback, so if you too were on the edge of buying one, that this post will officially have you click the “order” button!

Here are a few things to keep in mind when buying an air fryer:

Price point – from what I’ve seen there are different price ranges and the ones that were recommended the most range from Dash Compact Air Fryer $57 to the Breville Smart Oven $349, but most were in the $120-$200 range like the Ninja Foodi Max XL at $129.

Size matters – Almost unanimously I heard that buying the LARGEST version of an air fryer is the way to go. The small ones hold almost nothing and it’s not worth it! I heard over and over again that the Ninja Foodi Max XL $129 was the way to go here.

Space is precious – The one downfall I heard over and over is that it’s clunky and takes up a lot of room on the counter. Many of you said that it didn’t matter because you used it 1-2xs a day, but it’s definitely something to consider. I love this one that is a toaster/air fryer and flips up to save counter space, Ninja Flip-Away at $199.

Accessories Only – Lots of you recommended buying the air fryer lid to the insta-pot $79. I actually don’t have an insta-pot so this isn’t really an option, but love this idea if you have one!

Multifunctional – There are so many air fryers the do more than air fry, like toast, pressure cook, etc. Like the multi-functional products, it makes more sense if you are cooking a lot. Check out the Ninja Foodi 7-in-1 $149.

Aesthetics Matter – If you are going for chic either the Breville Smart Oven $349 or Cuisenart Toaster Air Fryer $226 is the way to go. If you are going for cute, then it’s Dash $127 all the way.

Hopefully this post is helpful. I can tell you that it really had me thinking! I’m honestly torn between the Ninja Flip-Away, the Breville Smart Oven, and the Ninja Foodi Max XL! I just need to decide if I want it to double as a toaster oven (so it occupies the space of my current toaster oven) or if I’m good with storing it.

I’d love to know your thoughts!

My boyfriend has the Ninja Foodie and is such a fan! I’m proud of him in the kitchen already, but since he’s gotten this he’s been a man on a mission and is air frying everything! I have also tried the pressure cooking features of this for chicken and things and it’s done a great job–very easy to use and clean too! You do have to have room since it requires two different lids for the different features of it, but overall it’s been very nice so far! (However, from aesthetically speaking the Dash is so cute in all of the colors!)
