I’d really love custom personalized stationery what’s the next step?
We love designing custom stationery; it’s by far the biggest part of our business and hands down the most fun! The next step is to receive an invoice for the design fee, which varies depending on the intricacies of your design, and to also send you our in depth custom design questionnaire. After the invoice is paid and the form complete, I get to sketching. Once the design is finished then we can discuss what type(s) of stationery you’d like to order.
I’d like to order custom personalized stationery. Approximately how much will it cost?
Once we determine the quantity and additional products you want for your order (i.e., envelope liners, address stickers, etc.) we are happy to provide a detailed estimate.
How do I get my payment to you?
We are happy to send invoices via PayPal or email and payment may be mailed or made via PayPal. Please know that design work and/or production will begin only after the invoice is paid.
Will I receive a proof?
Absolutely! As soon as your design is complete, we will send over a digital proof at no additional charge. You may receive up to 3 proofs for your custom stationery design. Additional proofs will be 25.00 each.
How long does it take to get my design/stationery?
Our turn-around time is about 3 weeks. We take the first week to really work on your design and tweak all those little details and then depending on your order, production and shipping can take up to two weeks.
What other products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of paper goods from flat correspondence cards to coffee mugs. There are invitations, business cards, stickers, prints, and postcards. If there is something you like that we aren’t already offering we will do our best to make it happen!
I absolutely love the design you did for me. Can I put the image on my blog?
Nothing pleases us more than happy clients! We work really hard on capturing exactly what you want in an image so we are thrilled that you want to share it with the world. The initial design fee does not include a copy of the jpg image. That can be purchased for additional fee.
I ordered a beautiful package of custom thank you notes a while back and have run out. Can I purchase more of the same ones?
Of course! We keep all client images on file for future use, so if you are in need of more paper, just let us know!
I’ve ordered stationery in the past and would like to use the same custom image on an invitation suite. Is this possible?
Yes, absolutely! When going from one medium to another, say from thank you notes to invitations, we do charge a design fee, because the image has to be re-sized, formatted and married with new typography and text to create a brand new suite.
I just realized the shower I am throwing is less than three weeks away, but I LOVE your stuff—can I still get invitations?
We try our very best to accommodate our clients, especially in their hour of need. Depending on the design schedule we are more than happy to rush orders per a rush fee. The fee will depend on the intricacies of the suite/project.
I’m pregnant and would like some thank you notes to use before and after I give birth.
Ashley loves drawing mommies to be and does so quite frequently. Upon the arrival of your little one we can modify your original design for a fee or create a new design of your brand new family.
Do you do weddings?
Ashley LOVES working on wedding suites! We are happy to incorporate our original fashion sketches or design something more suited to the style and theme of your special day.
I love your work and your personal touches but for Christmas we typically do a photo card, is this something you can do for us?
Of course! Ashley is very used to working with photographs and is happy to design around them for Christmas cards, save the dates and baby and wedding announcements.
